1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups rhubarb
TOPPING
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with spoons. Fold in rhubarb, pour into a 2-1/2 quart casserole.
Bring the topping ingredients to a boil and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
