1 c mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/4 c sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil, margarine, butter (etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups, 2 1/2 by 1/14 inches, or line with paper baking cups. Beat egg slightly; stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.

HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 TO 6500 feet): Heat oven to 425 degrees. Use 14 medium muffin cups.
