1 cup wild rice
6 pork chops, thick
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can of mushroom soup
1 cup fresh mushrooms or 4 ounces canned
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put wild rice, 4 cups boiling water, dash of salt in sauce pan, cover & simmer 60 minutes. Brown pork chops. Saute celery, onions & fresh mushrooms in butter over low heat until onions are clear. Mix rice, soup, onions, celery, mushrooms in greased baking dish. Place chops on top, cover dish. Bake 1 hour at 350, uncover last 20 minutes.
