3 tablespoons butter
4 chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned & cut into 1/2" strips
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup light cream or evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add chicken & brown. Remove chicken from skillet. Stir flour into drippings & cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth & cream or evaporated milk. Stir until thickened, add mustard. Return chicken & heat 10 minutes. Serve over wide noodles.
