2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 cup boiling water
3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
6 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water together add to the boiling water, cook until thick and clear.
Beat the egg whites till fluffy add the sugar and beat till stiff peaks. Beat in cornstarch mixture and place on pies and brown for 15 - 20 minutes at 350.
