9 eggs beaten
6-1/2 cups white vinegar
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon prepared (yellow) mustard
5-1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons salt
12 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour, sugar, salt, and mustard.
Put vinegar and water in kettle, boil. Pour in egg mixture stirring constantly, until thickened. Store in refrigerator. Is great for potato salad.
