8 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Crumb mixture
Mustard mixture
1 c bread crumbs
2/3 c Dijon mustard
1 c Parmesan cheese
3 T dry white wine
1/3 c melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken in mustard mixture. Dip in crumb mixture. Place in greased casserole. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated 500 oven.
