3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

Whip egg whites until they form peaks.

Add milk, yolks, and oil to dry ingredients - beat until just
moistened.

Carefully fold in egg whites to batter.

Bake in waffle iron until lightly browned.
