41/2 c flour
3 c sugar
c cocoa
3 tsp baking soda
11/2 tsp salt
11/8 c oil
3 tsp vinegar
3 tsp vanilla
3 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients on medium speed till blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan and cook at 350 degrees for 4560 minutes. Frost the cake with one of great sounding chocolate frostings in this book
