1 lb. hamburger 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz. size) 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. size) 8 oz. sour cream 12-16 oz. bag egg noodles
In a large skillet, brown hamburger with onion. Drain grease. Add soups and sour cream - cook until mixed together. Boil noodles. Mix hamburger mixture and noodles. Put into casserole dish or 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350º.
