1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
c applesauce
1 can mandarin oranges, un-drained
Topping
1 9oz cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple, un-drained
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients on medium speed for three minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix topping ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
