1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c wheat germ
1 c graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 c light molasses
2 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in wheat germ and graham cracker crumbs. Combine eggs, oil, molasses and buttermilk. Beat to blend. Add to dry ingredients; stir until well blended. Turn into 2 well-greased and floured tall 1 lb coffee cans (Church dry pack cans are this size, or improvise), set in pan (for ease of handling); do not cover. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cans on rack 10 minutes. Run knife carefully around loaf to base of can to loose. Turn out of cans.
