1 1/2 c bulgur wheat
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
3 tbsp butter
1 (13 3/4 ounce) can pineapple tidbits drained
1/4 c raisins
2 c well-seasoned chicken broth
1 tbsp toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bulgur wheat, onion and celery in butter until golden. Add pineapple, raisins and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Fold in almonds.
