1 c bulgur pilaf
1/3 chopped onion
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
1/4 c butter
2 c beef or chicken stock
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Saute wheat, onion and mushrooms in 1/4 c butter. Add beef or chicken stock, pepper and oregano. Bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
