Combine 1/3 c red wine vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp oregano
dash of pepper
3 tbsp chopped onion
1tbsp minced parsley
1/2 small garlic clove, minced

Pour over drained (1 pound can) garbanzo beans. Chill several hours.
