2 medium zucchini squash
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp basil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 gee, beaten
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 c bite-size toasted corn cereal crushed to 3/4 c
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to moderate 350. Cook zucchini in small amount
of boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until slightly tender. Halve
lengthwise. Remove pulp. Combine pulp, onion, basil, parsley,
salt, pepper and egg. Fill shells. Combine melted butter, cereal
and cheese. Sprinkle on zucchini. Bake 30 minutes or until
cereal crumbs are a golden brown.
