3-3/4 cups milk
5 eggs
1/3-1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups cinnamon raisin bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla & salt with whisk. Stir in bread cubes. Bake in a 1-1/2 quart casserole at 350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
