2 (1 Lb) boxes 10X sugar

Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter, then gradually mix in the powdered sugar. Make balls ( 1 - 1 1/2") and set on wax paper. Melt the chocolate pieces in a double boiler or crock-pot. Dip balls into the melted chocolate and place on wax paper. (I use a spoon with holes in it to hold the balls and spoon the choc. over them so that the excess choc. drips back into the melted choc.) Store in a covered container.

Personal Notes:
At Christmas, I make these with red and green chocolate pieces.
