4 large green peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Italian herbs
salt and pepper
1 16oz can stewed tomatos
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup instant rice (or quick cooking)
2 oz Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meat for peppers. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic,herbs,s&p. Mix in rice. Cut top off peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Stuff with meat mixture. Combine tomatos, and water. Arrange peppers in a baking dish. Pour in tomato sauce mix. Bake covered 350 for about 1 hour, until meat and rice are cooked. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 10 more miinutes.
