1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c oil
1 c water
1 stick butter
1/3 c milk
c chocolate chips
1 c chopped peanuts or pecans
1 14oz bag caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Melt caramels, butter and milk in double boiler stirring constantly to combine. Pour over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and pour remaining cake mix on top of cake, turn oven back to 350 degrees and bake 1015 minutes or till done.
