1 head cauliflower
1 tsp. salt

stick of butter (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cauliflower head; remove outside leaves. Break off florets and boil in water, covered, until fork tender (about 20 minutes).Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan, add bread crumbs and brown. Drain cauliflower, add browned bread crumbs, toss and serve.
