Parmesan Asparagus Recipe

1 # asparagus
1/4 c. butter, melted
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt, freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large pan of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook until crisp/tender, about 5 min. Drain and pat dry. Brush an oven proof dish w/ some of the butter and arrange the asparagus in it. Pour the rest of the butter over the top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Turn the spears so that they are well coated. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Grind a little pepper and add a dash or two of salt. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
