1 slab baby back ribs (about 1 3/4#)
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Korean chili powder (powdered cayenne, not "chili" chili powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into individual pieces. Place in a pan with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked, about 20 min. Drain. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Dip ribs in sauce to coat completely. Refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours. Grill ribs on low heat to cook on sauce.
