4 eggs
3 small jars carrot baby food (or 2-3 grated carrots)
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. Wesson Oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Make the recipe for cream cheese icing (in the book) and spread on the cake.
