8 medium potatoes
1 pt. half and half cream
1 stick butter
1 c grated cheddar cheese
grated parmesan cheese
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes the day before they are to be used. Grate potatoes into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter in cream. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
