1 can black beans
1 can black eyed peas or pinto beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced fine, no seeds
1 red, green & yellow pepper, diced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together vinegar, sugar and oil for 2 minutes. Cool. Drain and rinse beans, peas and corn. Combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve with scoop chips.
