9" graham cracker crust 8 oz cream cheese 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling (optional)
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Beat until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk while mixing, mix until blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into crust. Chill 2 or 3 hours before garninshing top with pie filling if desired.
