1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 c. cool whip-divided
2 small packages instant lemon pudding mix
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, oleo and nuts and pat into bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 oven. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar together and fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Spread this on cooled first layer. Mix together pudding mix and milk. Beat until thick and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining 2 cups of cool whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
