8-10 medium potatoes-baked, cooled, peeled and diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. velvetta cheese
1 1/4 c. mayo
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. bacon-friend and crumbled
1/4 c. stuffed green olives-sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the potatoes, onions, cheese, mayo and salt and pepper. Put in buttered 9 X 13 pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.
