1 large onion
2 T. flour
2 tsp. fresh dill
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
4 c. chicken stock or water
12 diced tomatoes
1 tsp. baking soda
1 - 2 c. heavy cream
1 T - 1/2 c. honey
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 large onion that is diced and sauteed with flour, dill, oregano and basil. Stir in tomatoes and chicken stock until mixed. Add salt, pepper and honey a little at a time until desired flavor is reached. Slowly add baking soda, stirring constantly. Finally, add cream until desired consistency.
