1-1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large jar spaghetti sauce (Prego)
1 egg beaten
1 c. creamed cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
no-boil lasagna noodles
1 large package mozzarella cheese
mushrooms (if desired)

Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Add onions--cook 5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms (if desired), heat thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, parmesan cheese. In a 9 X 13 pan layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese, ending with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Leave covered while baking until the last 15 minutes.
