2 tsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. each: frozen green beans and broccoli (thawed and drained)
1/2 c. very thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 tsp. each: thyme, salt and pepper
1 c. cooked pasta
2 tsp. grated parmasan cheese
1 oz salami
3/4 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
In a nonstick skillet, saute' first five ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; cook, covered for 10 minutes.
