9 average size squash (10 cups)
6 onions (4 cups)

Liquid:
2 1/2 c vinegar
4 c sugar
1tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 bell peppers
3 cans whole kernel corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up squash and onions. Add 5 tbsp salt and soak overnight. Drain off salt solution in the morning.

Add pepper and corn to squash and onions. Pour liquid over all.

Boil 1/2 hour seal in clean jars.
