2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Grease cookie sheet. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and nutmeg--set aside. In mixer bowl beat butter for 30 seconds add brown sugar, egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop onto cookie sheet at bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let set on cookie sheet for 2 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool.
