2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. water
2/3 c. butter
2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with brown sugar--cool.
In separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder together. Add vanilla and eggs to brown sugar mixture. Add flour mixture to this mixture. Add 2 T. water, mix everything together by hand. Spread into 9 X 11 greased pan.
Drop chips on top of mixture (as many as YOU like) Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes. Test with toothpick after 30 minutes.
