2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg 1/3 less fat Hershey's Chocolate Chips (or use regular Chips)
1 egg
3 T. water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. oil (I use canola oil)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Combine flour, baking soda, salt. In separate bowl, combine water, egg and vanilla. Blend brown sugar, vanilla and oil. Add to egg mixture, add chocolate chips and nuts if desired. (FYI--if adding nuts I add 3 T. more water)
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until nice and brown. Let cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes and then remove to sheet of aluminum foil to cool.
