6 med. potatos,sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup onion, diced
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pare potatoes and slice. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Blend flour, salt and milk to a paste. Add to butter and onion mix. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.Layer mix and potatoes. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake 45 minutes to an hour until potatoes are tender.
