5 lbs cooked potatoes 1 lb. bacon 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 cup vinegar
Cut cooked potatoes in bite size pieces. Fry bacon and dice. Add bacon to potatoes and mix. To bacon drippings add sugar, water, vinegar, and stir. Thicken slightly to your preference with flour or cornstarch. Pour over potatoes in bowl and bake or microwave until fully heated.
