1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Beef (Round Steak or Stew Meat cut small)
1 large can V-8 juice
1 small can beef broth--1 can water
4 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
4 potatoes cubed
6 carrots sliced
1 large frozen bag mixed veggies (thawed)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet and a very small amount of Olive Oil. Combine all ingredients except Frozen Veggies in slow cooker. Cook all day on High. One hour before serving, add veggies and finish cooking. Serve with homemade bread or any good crusty bread. Enjoy!
