1 lb. frozen haddock
2 cups water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil with seasonings. Drop partially thawed haddock into boiling water. Simmer 20 minutes. Drain. Serve with melted butter.
