3 packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 large envelope of onion soup mix
2 cups of sour cream
chedder cheese (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook and drain spinach.
2. Add sour cream and onion soup mix to the spinach.
3. Place the mixture in a flat casserole dish or pie plate.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
5. Optional: Put shredded chedder cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
