3 eggs beaten 1 1/2 c milk 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 c fish fry 1 c all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp cayenne 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 lbs peeled crawdad tails oil for deep frying
In a bowl combine eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients. Dip the Crawfish in egg mixture then in dry mixture and coat well. Heat the oil and deep fry the breaded crawfish until golden brown. Serves: 4-6 Prep: 20 min.
