1/4 c sliced almonds
1 c chopped celery
4 tsp sugar
2 green onions, choped
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces



Dressing
2 T vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 T sugar
Dash pepper
1 T chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried
1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar. Shake well to mix and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Combine lettuces, celery, green onions and oranges. Toss with dressing. Add almonds and toss gently.
