1 bag coleslaw mix
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 small bag frozen peas
1 pound bacon, crisp fried
DRESSING
1 (16 ounce) jar Hellman's mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer coleslaw mix, cauliflower, onion, and frozen peas. Top with dressing and bacon. Stir before serving.
