Salad

1 head cabbage,shredded or 2 bags cole slaw mix
1 c sliced almonds
1 1/2 c shoppen green onion
2 pkg Ramen Chicken noodles


Dressing

1 c oil
2 tsp salt (optional)
2 T sugar
6 T vinegar
2 pkg Ramen noodles seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cabbage and green onions. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Crush noodles and add noodles and almonds just before serving. Best if made a day ahead.

Another good potluck recipe. Also stores in frig for several days. Just add noodles and nuts right before serving or they get soggy in salad.
