2 pork tenderloins (2-4 lbs pkg)
6-8 stips bacon
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 T grated onion
1 clove garlic,crushed
1 T vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne or red pepper
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 c granualated sugar.

Wrap bacon around tenderloins; fasten with toothpicks. Place meat in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Let stand in refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight. Turn meat occasionally. Roast in a 300 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the loins. Baste every 30 minutes and turn meat once. Serve pan juices separately to spoon over meat if desired.
