1-1lb bag of herb stuffing
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-16oz. cans fruit for salad
1 1/2 c. fruit juice(drained from fruit)
1 lb. chicken breast
1 small jar orange marmalade
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit and set aside and save juice. In a med. sauce pot combine juice and 1 cup mayonnaise. Stirring constantly over med. heat till mixture boils. Then add stuffing and mix well. Place stuffing in a 9x13 greased pan. Place chicken breasts on stuffing and brush chicken with remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle salt and pepper. Cover and bake 40-45 minutes in a 325 oven or until chicken is done. Melt marmalade and arrange fruit on top of chicken and brush marmalade over fruit. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
