2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated Zucchini squash
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:

Cream sugar, eggs, and oil together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured bread pan at 350 for 1 hour.

Can use same recipe to make cup cakes. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cup cakes.
