2 c sugar
1 3/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 c Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in boiling water. (Batter will be thin) pour into two 9 inch round greased and floured pans or a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until center is done. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack. If cooking in a 9 x 13 pan just cool cake completely, in pan, then frost.
