1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the first three ingredients, then beat in baking soda and sour cream. Put in salt, vanilla and flour and beat together. Add the rhubarb and nuts and put in greased bread pans.
